1. Quotes + Concept Art
After receiving a reply to your quote the total cost given will be valid for 6 months. After the 6 month line has been crossed you must resubmit your quote! This is to make sure all prices are up to date before proceeding.
You may add and remove features/markings by resubmitting your quote. Your quote is sealed once the down payment is sent. This means the price and design of your character cannot be changed. You are responsible for making sure you include everything you want before the down payment is sent!
Concept art will be provided and drawn by me after the down payment is paid. It will include every part you commissioned to make sure I have the design, facial expression, ect. imagined in my head correctly. This is when we will discuss small things, like 'what shape do you want the eyes? How big of a nose?' Once the concept art is complete we should both have a good idea of what will be made. I will be following the concept art as a reference.
2. Payments, Refunds + Shipping
Large commissions (Over $200) require a 20% down payment. Small commissions (Under $200) must be paid for upfront before it is started. Amount of payments will be determined privately with the commissioner to find out what works best for them.
If a commissioner fails to send the next payment within 3 months the commission will be dropped and the design will be changed into a premade.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.
Once you send a payment, I will work according to amount sent and time put into the costume. Therefore, you are paying for labor and materials. If you cannot afford all of the payments, please do not commission me.
Rush fees are charged for orders that need to be completed within 4 months of the quote being sent. Rush fees are a 20% of the total cost and cover the extra time and effort being put into your order to ensure it's quality. I will not accept rush orders that need to be completed within 1 month of the quote being sent.
Your commission will not be entirely completed until the last payment is recieved. It will not be shipped until shipping is paid for. Shipping will be quoted to the commissioner when the fursuit is complete. It can be determined and paid for earlier if necessary.
I ship heads, partials, halfsuits, fullsuits via FEDEX and you will be given a tracking number.
Shipping cost for commissions under $200 will be added to the final cost and paid for upfront. My average shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This may vary depending on weather, however I will always do my best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
3. Wait Time + WIP
Once you are added to the lineup you will be given a ballpark time of when your suit will be started. You will also be told what commissions are ahead of you and will be updated with what is completed and what is up next for you. This is to keep you aware of what is going on in my workspace.
When your suit is started you will be given WIP pictures whenever a milestone on the suit is reached. DO NOT BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR ANYTHING TO BE CHANGED! I AM WORKING FOR YOU! I will be updating you with photos when I see fit, please do not contact me asking for extra photos. When I need your opinion on something involving the suit I will ask before adding or removing it. Any foam work will not be fixed once the head is furred.
Once a part is completed you will receive a picture of it being worn. (This will happen anyways with fullsuits and handpaws.) Once a piece is complete I will not edit it any further.
4. Finished Product + Repair Warranty
Once your suit is completely finished you will be sent pictures of the final product. Once the photos are shared publicly (on this website and so on) I will not do any further edits. Your suit will be packaged in an appropriate box, each piece wrapped individually in plastic or bubble wrap to assure no damage is made to the suit while it's in the shipping process.
Within 6 months of owning your fursuit head, partial, fullsuit if any damage is made that deems the suit/head unwearable you may ship it back for free repairs. I will not cover shipping from your house to mine. You must send pictures of what your concern is and we shall discuss it.
The warranty for Tails, handpaws and other parts lasts 2 months.
I will not repair your suit if:
Damage was created by a third party - damage was created by heavy wear/tear/irresponsibility (will be determined through pictures)
There are any stains that are permanent - You put your piece in the washing machine
If the damage is severe enough it is deemed unwearable and seems to be an error of mine I will remake your piece. (excludes fursuit heads and feetpaws.)
If you own a suit that is older than a year (made by me) that is in pretty ratty condition/needs to be updated I can refurbish it for 20% the cost of what you originally paid for the piece/entire suit.
